These terms are an agreement between you and ZAYC LTD (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under number 12067505, with its registered office at Unit Da2 Sutherland House, 43 Sutherland Road, London E17 6BU, United Kingdom. They cover your use of Kinetic Maxxer on the web and in the Kinetic Maxxer app. By creating an account you accept these terms. Our privacy notice explains how we use your personal data.
1. Who can use the service
You must be 18 or over to use Kinetic Maxxer. By creating an account you confirm that you are.
2. Your account
Give us a working email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@kineticmaxxer.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Acceptable use
- Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have clear permission from the person shown to upload.
- Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive or sexual content.
- Do not use the service to harass, mock or demean anyone, or publish or rank other people's scores without their consent.
- Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get unauthorised access to the service, or use it to analyse or rank other people without their permission.
4. For entertainment only — not a scientific calculation or medical advice
Kinetic Maxxer is for fun and self-reflection. Scores come from playful mathematical formulas applied to points on your face. They are not a scientific calculation: they are not validated, not objective, and not a measure of attractiveness or worth. A low score is not a judgement about you or any group of people.
Nothing in the app is medical, psychological or cosmetic-surgery advice, or a diagnosis. Do not rely on your results for medical, surgical, dating, employment or other important decisions — speak to a qualified professional. If the way you feel about your appearance is causing you distress, please talk to your GP.

5. What the service does and does not do
Scores and advice come from measurements of the photos you upload. They depend on photo quality, lighting and pose, they can be wrong or inconsistent, and they are not an objective judgement of your worth or attractiveness. Suggestions about skincare, grooming, fitness or surgery are general information, not personalised professional advice, and any products mentioned are examples, not endorsements. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Subscriptions
Kinetic Maxxer has a free tier. Paid tiers are not on sale at the moment. Before you can buy anything, we will show you the price, what is included, how billing and renewal work, and how to cancel, and you will have to confirm the purchase. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel, are not affected.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content only to run the service for you — for example to analyse your photos and show you your results and history. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the law requires us to keep something. We do not use your photos to train models unless you opt in.
8. Our intellectual property
The Kinetic Maxxer name, app, website, scoring methods and advice content belong to ZAYC LTD or its licensors. You may use them only to use the service for yourself.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. It is purged 30 days after you ask, as explained in the privacy notice. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to by law. Where reasonable we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put things right. If we stop offering the service, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.
10. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses (the service is for personal use), or for decisions you make based on your results, including any medical or cosmetic treatment.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will show the new date at the top and, if a change materially affects you, tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree with a change you can delete your account.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first — most problems can be solved quickly.
